Deep spirituality from laredo contemplative monks!

I came here for a vocational retreat in 1998. The church was just being built, which I was fortunate enough to help with some of the bricks in a very hot August. One of the brothers took me to see some wild horses in the desert, an experience I will never forget. This was a time of personal conversion for me, and the brothers and priests helped me with that. The only bad thing that happened was that my car was not running well, and the repairs done in Laredo turned out to be very expensive. Well, God can bring much good out of the bad things in life.

La Fe's own Margaret Rose greatly recommended attending services on Sundays with the brothers. And thus, I shall attend because I have gone before to talk to one of the brothers, and we talked about Nietzsche and I was impressed by his philosophical know how, in that it surpassed even my own.
