I am giving this law firm four stars based on my experience with them. My grandfather has passed and Santos Law Firm upheld their word by putting their client first. Even though we shared our differences in opinion, they are a law firm that is of positive attributes, high levels of expertise and efficiency.nnMy only advice to them and particularly to their paralegal assistant would be to practice on your professional means. Emails are not a way of communication at all times. Verbal communication is key to an establishment such as yours.nnHowever, I thank you for your service and for upholding your word that was sent by email. My grandfather would be pleased. Mr. Santos and his staff helped me in the best possible way with my Dad’s estate issues. He was very informative and helpful in what was in my best interest for my case. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders once he took my case and he was always a phone call away. He and his staff always kept me informed and spoke to me in people language not lawyer language. I’m very pleased with the out come in my case. I recommend his office 100% . If I would have to redo all this all over again I would definitely rehire him again in a heartbeat.
