The people that work here are great, however, you'd think being bought by a larger company, that new company would fix known issues. Best customer service ever!! The young lady with pink in her hair and drives a camero(didn't get her name) was so personable and enthusiastic about everything she did. She deserves to be recognized. Thank you for helping out us Alabamians!!
HOW DOES ALLSUPS STOP SELLING THE BEST FOOD ITEM, BEEF AND BEAN BURRITOS
I stopped at this store in Dalhart today. An older woman and a woman of color were on the registers. The woman of color was very disrespectful and condescending towards everyone. I ask the elderly clerk for one beef & been burrito. She brought a bag over and I paid. I looked inside the bag and this is what I found... The burrito looks like it was cooked, maybe today! The back of the wrapper was not marked as to the time it was cooked. “I do have pictures of the product and the wrapper.”nI showed the burrito to the clerk and she replied they all look like that!!! She didn’t offer a refund, replacement with another item or anything. I ask for a receipt and was told they don’t give receipts on a single purchase burrito.nI will notify the health department for the unmarked cook time stamp. I will notify the corporate office regarding the extremely poor customer service as well.nI would not suggest this store to anyone unless it’s an emergency..
