It’s fast food, and taste is good for fast food. I’ve been ordering online delivery and usually have no issues. Unfortunately, I have had a mix up in my order a couple of times recently and when I’ve called back; I get an apology but no offer to fix it. If I say something is wrong and you don’t offer to make it right, then they obviously don’t care about customers. I can’t change place for delivery because they’re the closest.

This is an awesome Pizza Hut... even on Super Bowl Sunday! I didn’t have to wait at all, the food was exactly as ordered and delicious, and the service was incredibly good! Highly recommend!

Horrible service today! Ordered a pizza that came undercooked. When I called to let them know I was questioned as to whether it was actually undercooked as it “was a cheese pizza and they can be greasy”. I assured them that I would not call about a pizza if there was not reason to do so but was still given an attitude and told “well, I’m afraid if I replace it the new pizza will just be the same”. I have ordered cheese pizza many times and know the difference between undercooked dough and grease.nnI can guarantee you that Domino’s would have said “we will be right over with another pizza”.

Pretty decent!! Unfortunately the cheese bread came hard as a rock. But other than that the food was good!

Waited over an hour for a delivery with no updates. Only to call and find out the driver said it was delivered. Pizza was never delivered and when we called to find out they had no answer, but offered to prepare another order. Pizza Hut will take your money and give you nothing in return unless you ask for it.
