Love their pizza! Service is great and prices are very reasonable.

Elaine, Elaine, Elaine!! Well, another one bites the dust!! So I been calling around to multiple stores to see which one delivers to my job for an order tomorrow. After calling multiply stores I ended back at this one. So of course at this point I am frustrated and like can someone help me figure out what store is closer. I hear the manager in background saying we do not deliver to Louis a henna, tell her to call some other one. So I am like where is customer service, can your manager be a manager and help me figure out which store is closer so I can place my order. Of course Elaine da manager is offended and gets attitude.. Then gets on the phone to basically say we are all franchise stores we don't communicate with each other, I don't have their number and we don't deliver to you so use door dash or Uber or something. I stated I did not want to use them. She then says well we don't deliver to you and I am hanging up now. Ok. Bye.nnI started to waste my time and class on the classless manager but knew she wasn't worth my energy. Just another person in a position of leadership with no skills, class and certainly NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.. FRANCHISE OR NOT TRY TO DO BETTER. THE MARCO IN GEORGETOWN HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT I WORK IN ROUND ROCK..nnTRY UBER OR DOOR DASH SHE SAY.. NAW HOW ABOUT I TRY ANOTHER PLACE OF BUSINESS WHO WILL APPRECIATE MY FUNDS AND HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!nnSOMEBODY PLEASE GET ELAINE SOME TRAINING AND A HINT OF CLASS WHILE YOUR AT IT!! SMH

This company’s customer service is a joke and quite embarrassing all around. If you want good pizza try Double Dave’s it’s not far from this location AND they are opening up a dominoes right down the street by A.W Grimes!

Fist time ever customer. The round rock location, gave great f$&@ken service. The girl that answered gave great service and detail of what I was ordering. When I got there for my pick up Antonio, greeted me and service was great. Now the food:: I ordered the PIZZA BOWL and a SMALL PIZZA 2 topping.nPizza bowl: ud83dude0bud83dude0dud83dude0b 100% mmm mmm GOOOOD!!!!!!nThe pizza 2 topping: ud83eudd18ud83cudffcud83eudd18ud83cudffcnTo the manger Lance and his night crew:nGREAT F$&CKEN JOB!!! Keep it up!!!nI will be coming back!!!!

We paid for 2 pizzas and only got 1. Never got our drink and the guy was super rude.nWe will go back to Dominoes.
