Pizza Hut

First time ordering the new to Texas, Detroit Style Pizza from Pizza Hut and I am stoked. This pizza here... the closest I've had that took me back to the D. Taste a lot like Buddy's Pizza but don't tell him I said so. Well done Pizza Hut, I will definitely be ordering it again. It is well sized and lovely priced.nI would have given 5 stars BUT the pineapples were hard and unsweetened. I like tender, sweet, and juicy pineapples other than that all the other flavors were on point.nUpdate: went back again 3 days laterud83dude06ud83eudd17ud83dude0dyum!! Sooo delicious! I do wish they add more bacon on the orders as it was barely noticeable. I believe I only saw two crumbs.

Update:nPizza Hut managers reached out immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. They gave us an explanation as to what had transpired and they replaced our meal with no reservations. I was very happy that Pizza Hut managers were so attentive and I appreciate them. WE WILL continue to be customers. Thank you!nnWaiting for an hour and a half for our pizza order. Never got here and when we called it was closed only a recording. Wasted my Sunday night, went to bed hungry.

Ordered pizza couple hours i called not realizing hadn't been delivered yet. They said oh we ran out someone should have called you couple hours ago. Hung up on me. I called back to see if I was going to get my refund that I was charged. Worker kept clicking call off. Not even saying hello. Customer service is horrible.

I placed my order online and selected the curbside option. My order was ready at the predicted time and the girl who delivered it to me had great customer service skills. Upon returning home and checking the pizza, the presentation of the food was immaculate!! Will definitely be ordering from this Pizza Hut again!!

I want the guy that was trying to convince me that these wings were not eaten to look at this pic. All I did was flip the foil back and this is how I found it. It’s too much going on with delivery services in general for me to take the risk of allowing my family to eat something that arrived like this. I worked in pizza for 7 years as a cook. So I understand the process of tossing the wings in the bowl. But I’m just wondering who would eat this. As a former cook the question asked to self is, would I serve this to myself? If I can’t answer yes I need to start over because I wanted my customer to be satisfied. This allows people to have the confidence to return. I don’t have that confidence right now, especially after going back and forth with the employee who thought it was a better idea to explain to me that the chicken was not eaten off of it was merely tossed in the bowl to apply the sauce. In all the years I’ve worked the customer is right. And I understand a lot of people abuse that but I promise I’m not one. I’ve spent most of my time serving so I couldn’t allow myself to become one of those customers. I also understand that the way to avoid this is to cook but in reality sometimes the time is not permitted. So I’m wondering if this makes this generation of servers feel the attitude of take it or leave it. But in reality the shoe will always end up on the other foot eventually. So treat it like it was for yourself. Everyone wants to give themselves the best...I hope.
