Public Adjuster James Matysek

I would not recommend using James as an adjuster. While he did get us a reward (much smaller than what he initially promised), he went missing during the appraisal process for 2-3 weeks and never communicated with us regarding his absence, the status of our appraisal or the final reward. I would suggest finding someone who has better communication skills both with the insurance company and his clients. Then after being MIA for so long, he began sending demanding and threatening emails before the check was even received from the insurance company. The guy is an absolute joke.
