I am all about customer service and so I am pleased to write this review! I am new to the area and I don't know anyone or anyplace to purchase my products. I needed hair for braiding, I was referred there by someone who shops there often and she highly recommend them. So I thought I would stop in.nnThe store is very neat and organized, which is a big plus. I do not like to go to places that makes the customers dig through boxes to find their selection. It says to me, that as a store owner, you do not care about how you present your product to your customers. Also, I despise disorganization!nnMia, the owner, is friendly and she is very knowledgeable on the products she sells. She very helpful by even referring a couple of highly recommend local braid stylists, as I would be needing someone new soon.nnI was very pleased with the service I received and I definitely will return!
