WOW! The customer service I received from Kyle was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. I am so grateful and thankful for Service Arrow. They came, diagnosed the issue and repaired my electrical circuit all in the same day and made the process with my Home Warranty company very easy. If it wasn’t for Service Arrow my experience would’ve been a nightmare. I highly recommend this business. The reviews speak for themselves. It was worth the cost which was also reasonable. Thank you Service Arrow, you have a forever customer!

AMAZING! We had 2 toilets that were giving us trouble so we called Service Arrow out to come take a look on what needed to be done. Chris came and explained everything throughly and gave me some options and we went ahead and replaced both toilets! They look and WORK great! Very very happy with the excellent service.

I made an appointment for Thursday to have an electrician figure out why a few outlets weren’t working. The appointment was rescheduled because an electrician was sick, and that’s totally understandable. They rescheduled for Saturday morning 8:00am - 10:00am and said they’d waive the consult fee because of the inconvenience, which was great. Saturday comes around, and no one shows. At 10:01am I called to see if I could get an update on when the electrician was arriving but didn’t reach anyone so I left a message. I called back three more times, never reached anyone, and haven’t gotten a call back.

Yes so i recently noticed i had a leak and did not know where exactly where it was coming from. So i used this one company that said everything was great no problem and left. Than i called Service Arrow and these guys was on time and speedy to find exactly where the leak was coning from! They were great and fixed my problems within minutes! I would highly recommend these guys for any future services and more! Will recommend them to family and close friends as well! 10 out of 10 service!

Kyle came out first to check the electrical and did a quick but thorough check to make sure there was power running to the AC and to the panel. He was nice and quick and helped to arrange Lucas to come out and service the AC so I didn't have to call dispatch again. Lucas was out a very short time later and was very nice. We looked at the unit and he uncovered the issue quickly but took the time to explain it to me and then discuss options. Lucas set me up with my discount and offered 2 upgrade options which I am considering. He also recommended BIO 1 to keep my pipes flushed and clear of algae. Very happy with these two professionals. Also their dispatcher was very nice, empathetic, and fast to help. I unfortunately can't remember her name, but really appreciate her assistance as well!
