I bought a car from Austin Auto Planet last week and also traded in a car. I was very happy with the entire experience. When I picked up my car, there was someone who took the time to walk me through all the features, and the paperwork that needed signing was prepared and ready to go. With regard to the trade in, I was given a very fair price. The entire process from start to finish was easy and there was no hassle. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
We purchased a truck and it was a great experience. The owners definitely understand customer service. They always answered the phone. All questions were answered promptly and honestly. Vehicle was exactly as described, at a fair price. The Carfax report links are provided on their web site. It was a very smooth transaction. We are very happy. Highly recommended!
Where to start.. All cars we saw there were very nice.. Meeting the guys was awesome.. Very good deals.. Ended up getting a Veloster, very good condition, and clean.. Would highly recommend.. Great guys, great deals, great cars, what more do you want!!
