I wanna start by says I had a WOW experience with this company. From first walking in and speaking with Joshua the GM and then working with Calvin who made the process so seamless. I wanna give him a big shot out out for not only being up front with me and also letting me know what my options are and explaining everything in detail to me. He is your guy!!!! Highly recommend and they worked with me and my credit. Thanks Calvin my Joshua!!!!!!!

If you need a gently used car, and don't have stellar credit then Drive Time in Round Rock is just the place. Joshua and his staff went out of their way to help me find the car just right for my budget. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you for helping get me off of public transport and into a new found freedom.

The sales staff were very polite. They let me browse the lot and look at the cars without any hassle. Calvin helped us . He tried two or three different ways to get us the best fit for our budget. He was very friendly, honest, and he even has a sense of humor.

I had a great experience. This would be my third vehicle buying from them. It’s always easy but this time seemed easier. I was in and out in no time. CALVIN was great!!! Really took his time with us with no pressure.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle at this facility (due to the negative equity on my car) I wanted to leave them a 5 star review. Not only was the representative Joshua friendly and prompt with service, he also gave me great insight on car buying. I appreciated the knowledge.nnTHEN my appointment was followed up by a call from Wendy (I assume from corporate since it was an out of state number). She was very friendly, not pushy, asked about the appointment and then offered to have me back as a customer in the future. Great customer service. I'll definitely be looking their way when I'm ready to purchase a new car!
