When you go to Southwest KIA Round Rock ask for Kelly Cameron. She was truly an awesome person to work with during the car buying process. She came in on her day off to deliver the vehicle to us. Also, she stayed well past closing to help us complete all of the paperwork needed to drive off with both vehicles. There was definitely a family vibe that I got from her and I really do appreciate all of her hard work.nnTwo years later I returned and Kelly Cameron was still there. She was awesome in helping me getting another vehicle. Again, she made me feel like family and got me the best possible deal on my new car. I would definitely recommend you see her if you go to this dealership!

I’m actually disappointed to have to give one star. I purchased my first vehicle from RR Kia. The experience was wonderful and easy. It made me feel like buying a vehicle was as easy as they made it to be.nI still have my car and plan on using it as a trade-in (with title in hand). I decided it was time to look for a new car, so we went to RR Kia to look for a new car. We walked around the lot looking at vehicles within our set budget. Then went inside to. Not a single salesperson came to us, nor greeted us. They didn’t have any brochures of the vehicles we were interested in. We wanted to get the specs. It was frustrating.nI ended up calling Kia in Austin to see if they have more than three of the vehicles we were interested in looking at on their lot. They said they did. So we left.

I had a good car buying/leasing experience. Fidel was outstanding as my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He was happy to go at the speed I wanted during the process making the buying experience low stress.nnKendall was very efficient in the finance office and helped me secure the right lease option for my needs. He also went above and beyond to resolve a small wrinkle in the checkout process.nnOverall, good service and a fair price (not cheap, but fair). I recommend giving them a try.

Benjamin was outstanding....very detailed, organized, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and he let the vehicle sale itself without being overbearing. If you're looking for an HONEST salesman...he's guy to ask for. I would ask for him every time if I was any customer looking for a vehicle to buy. This dealership super exceeded our expectations....

If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place. My husband and I haven't bought a new car in almost 20 years and were dreading this process. I especially was dreading sales people, but Steven Atkinson changed all that. He was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and if my husband asked a question that he didn't know for sure the answer he took the time to go ask whoever he needed to to make sure he got the correct one. Jessica in finance was awesome as well. Explained everything where we could understand exactly what we were signing, no surprises, and she was very patient with questions also, my husband asks a lot of questions, lol. So thank you both for making our experience so much fun!!!
