Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My car had issues all throughout ownership. Never passed inspection. The rates were too high. A skillet garbage company. Not to mention I lost my free oil change bc they closed down the lot. Wouldn’t recommend this company

Horrible place. Sales person turned me down and referred me to another used car dealer simply to get referral money. I ended up not getting the vehicle I wanted. .nI was sent to Third Coast Auto Group.nNow I’ve been paying for a car I hate for a year. Sure wish I had gotten into that Ford Escape I wanted

My truck from kris auto's has been in the transmission shop for a week and after they called me back telling me my truck was ready 3 day's later had the same issue with the truck and its been another week already. This past week I've literally spent atleast 200$ on my uber to get back and forth to work and my daily errands. I'm currently waiting on the mechanic to get it fixed he said it would be fixed today but I'm calling and no answer. Worst dealership ever I will never come back to this place.
