2 stars as 1/2 the time I have to pull out of the line that is taking too long because randomly throughout the week you never know when the 2nd line is closed.nnNot that it matters,as I never understood why they have two lines that have to merge right back into one and wait to pay???nnLook at how Chick Filea has their two lines system organized... efficient, quick, and accurate.nnMcDonald's has room for improvement.

Yikes, the employees here are RUDE!!! I've been here on 3 or 4 occasions and seem to always encounter disgruntled employees. Today, I went at a off-peak hour to get my son a happy meal. The woman who took my order at the drive thru could not have been more annoyed with my questions. When I drove around and pulled up to the first window to pay, I didn't see anyone behind the register, so I figured (since it was super slow) that they only had one window open and pulled up to the second window ready to pay. The manager (I believe he was the manager, he was wearing a different uniform) came over to chastise me for not paying at the previous window. When I explained no one was there, he very rudely scolded me like a child, claiming there was someone there. Don't think I'll be going back to this location anymore.

The drive thru is horrible. They get your order wrong 9 times out of ten. If you want a shake, good luck, tried to get a shamrock shake this March and they either didn't have the machine working or they didn't have the mix. Food is usually luke warm as is their orange juice in the mornings. I have given up going there. Whataburger's line is longer but for good reason. Their food is better. Sorry McDonald's, but the West adams location is that old, but it is a sorry facility.

Fast and friendly service. Food prepared perfectly. $1 more than Milwaukee for 2-for deals...

Fast during lunch rush and my food was hot and tasty, can't beat that!
