Unfortunately I wish I could say the experience was awesome, but it was not. This McDonald's off of Palm valley is unfortunately one of the worst run McDonald's that I've been to. You can't get what you want because of faulty equipment and the restaurant not being maintained to company standards. Management should be held accountable for the lack of quality the lack of pride and the lack of caring about what they're doing and the experience that you are leaving with your customers.One of the biggest problems is an old favorite the chocolate shake you cannot get a chocolate shake because their ice cream machine or shake machine has been broken for a long time it hasn't been repaired or replaced and this is unacceptable. Management should be ashamed and they should be relieved of their duties and the duties given to someone who would really like to honor the McDonald's legacy.
Disappointed today ran by for breakfast. Was told it would be a couple of minutes and to park. It took over 10 minutes to get my order. People who ordered after me and were also told to park were getting there food faster. When I finally got my order and made it home all the food was cold.
happy meal didnt fix my kids deppresion. the beans were good. why yall put it in the restroom though?
Only McDonalds in the area that doesn’t do all day breakfast. People at drive thru are also pretty rude. Go to a different one
Love this McDonalds, always go here on my lunch break.
