We wanted to paint the exterior and the house had not been painted for over 16 years. Also, we have a big deck in the backyard which had not been stained for over 3 years and needed to be re-stained.nTo give and idea of how responsive and quick their services are, just consider from the day I sent them the first email requesting a quote, to the date they finished the entire project, took only 11 days!!nHere are the highlights of their services;n-Their prices are reasonable and well withing the range for the area.n-They work very fast and finished the work in less than 4 days. They came in early in the mornings and worked non-stop through the evenings.n-The quality of their work is superb. They use best paints in the market. The result is very elegant and neat. Also, they work very clean, without any mess or damage to your or your neighbors’ propertiesn-They listen to your requests. For example, I asked them to use one of the best paints in the market “Sherwin Williams Duration”. They accepted without any extra charges. Also, they helped us with choosing the right stain color and type for the deck.n-Our deck needed some repair work. Although their original quote included just the stain work, they repaired the deck(replaced the damaged boards) with no extra charges .n-And most importantly, they are very prompt in responding to your communications even after the project is finished. I felt a few adjustments were needed after they had finished the job. I asked them, they showed up within a couple of days and took care of them.nnOverall, we are very happy with Unique Painting &Design services and definitely recommend them for your painting projects.

I was searching the internet for a Wood-working – Cabinets/Entertainment center to be build for my recent purchased home in the Kirkland area. I found several contractors with differents cost estimates, and end up selecting Nader. I found him to be very reasonable, flexible, and very understanding to customer needs. He builds the cabinet/entertainment center, as well as, paints the interior living and dining rooms ceiling, including crown moldings installation.
