Excellent work! I contracted with Evrim to do some jobs at my house, and was well pleased with his work ethic. I wanted to have areas of my 100 year old house repaired by replacing cedar shingles and sanding/scraping & painting areas that were weather worn. He pressure washed the areas of the house that needed work and had to wait until we had a few dry days to do the painting. However, when I looked outside he had also pressure washed the concrete steps, sidewalk and my car, just for good measure. It has been several years since that was attended to, and the moss had gotten quite thick. When I asked him to pressure wash the sidewalk in the back yard, he also pressure washed the shed. I had forgotten it was white! I am impressed with Evrim's attention to detail. He painted shingles before removing a whole section of weather beaten shingles, then replacing them with the new painted shingles. I am definitely hiring him to do other projects.
I made a good choice working with Troy Painting & Construction.They build a new wall to divided my kitchen and laundry room.They were able to take our taste to build a design a new look at my kitchen.Evrim is knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with.We will definately work with Troy Painting & Construction again.
