Pizza Hut

I have ordered here twice within the last month and a half. Both times the food was slightly cold due to the long delivery times. Both times the same reason was they were busy. Dominoes is just as busy but gets the pizza to us with a understandable time frame. No reason why Pizza hut can't but i digress. The food still tasted good. The Cinnabon minis were delicious and nothing was forgotten. I still give 4 stars but you all need to do something to increase the delivery times.

I was able to leave a note to make it extra cheesy as a friend was sad and whoever worked there left a very kind note with my pizza made beautifully. It made this very hard time so much better. These workers deserve a raise. Actual quality service.

I ordered from this location a few months back and was told it’d be approximately 1 hr. An hour and 20 min later I called and was told it’s busy but the driver should be there any minute. Finally after 1hr and 45 minutes later they showed up. The pizza was well below average and partially burnt. I wrote an email explaining my frustration and about 2 days later I received a phone call from the store manager. She apologized profusely and offered a credit for our next purchase in the amount of $15.nnI ordered yesterday, 12/17/2020, and called the number seeing how credits weren’t displayed online. I was on hold about 6min (they state on their hood music that most calls are answered in 2 min or less!). Finally placed my order and advised I was told there was a credit. She had to transfer me directly to the store. Well, during the transfer the call was disconnected. I called back, again waiting 8min this time, once someone picked up they recognized my order but transferred me to the store as no credit was showing. Upon transfer the store manager, Sara, apologized for the hold time and that the call center “kinda sucks”. She too didn’t see a credit so had to adjust manually “for the troubles”. Initially I was told about an hour, so didn’t think that would change much given my multiple hold times but after the Mgr took payment she said,” please give our driver about an hour and a half, we’re very busy”. What? Seriously it’s already been 30 min since I first called and got hung up on and bounced around. I told her to just cancel the order and that I’d make frozen pizza in 20 min. To my surprise about an hr later pizza showed up at my door! My wife decided to accept the delivery, BUT we were charged for 2 large pizzas and cheese bread, however there was no cheese bread. Oh well, that was THE LAST TIME ILL EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! Oh, and one of the 2 pizzas were burnt once again. Good bye Pizza Hut! Never again!

So I am waiting for an order that I placed. It's been about an hour now, the store is not answering the phone and still no pizza. This use to be a good place over the years but the RM clearly doesn't care about what is going on with their customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Order from any other place besides this location. Wont ever pick up. Been waiting close to 3 hrs for an order. Tried called for 2.5 hrs and nothing. Seen ton of these comments on here. Going to get a hold of corperate. Paid for food and still havent recived it.
