We placed an order (received confirmation at 6:19 PM) tonight. By 7:41 PM we had not received our pizzas, so we called to find out what was going on. We were told that the driver was on his way back to the store and should be there in about 15-20 min, that he could then deliver our pizzas which should be another 10-15 min after that. We asked when our order was made, and they said about 20-30 min after receiving it, that they could make everything fresh, but that we would have to wait even longer.nWe canceled our order, as we were not about to get cold pizzas after waiting for 2 hours.
Meh.
Ordered an hour ago. Still no pizza. Called. No apology or explanation. Really furious.nEdit: Talked to Carlos who explained the issues. Really appreciate the time it took to do this. Will give it another try!
The people at this location hustle to get me my order. Other pizza places burn or take their time to where my pizza was warm. Dominoes has always gotten my pizza where it was fresh and hot. I love this place!
Easy ordering and great food. ordered 2 specialty pizzas. Great weather for top down curbside pickup
