Worst branch ever for Pizza Hut. There are only 3 ingredients in my order and they missed one (onions) and look the the spread of toppings. So disappointing. Will never go back to this branch again. The one in Everett is the best pizza from Pizza Hut so far I had. Avoid this branch if you can. And to top it, the one who gave me my order doesn’t wear mask or gloves.
Avoid. Bad attitude. No toppings. Cold pizza.
Poor quality of customer service. I’m sorry but this is my last order in this location. They hung up on my before I finish making my order. Plus the quality of the phone call wasn’t good and keep asking and she get upset because for that.
I bought a pizza to-go on Pi day. Gave tip and they charged me more than what I wrote in, along with the math. I would escalate this issue if it was more than just a couple bucks. Won't be going back to this location. Nope. Also happy Pi day :(
This is how long I was on hold with this store and I was able to put and order with dominos pizza and get it delivered and they still never answered they phone very disappointed my family and friends and everybody they know will never order from pizza hot .
