Well where do I begin? I' m disappointed in this Jimmy Johns from the inability to locate me less than 0.2 miles away. The unprofessionalism when going into this store. The sense of entitlement , way above and beyond the call of duty. One would think I worked there and they were the customer. The short brisk comments when inquiring about the menu to asking about delivery fees. Absolutely rude on all points. Someone needs to teach the staff customer service skills and how to turn a negative experience into a positive experience. All I can say is wow? Really?
Food is generally good. But over the last 8 months time for deliveries are getting long. I typically expect 30 minutes to and hour and work about 2 miles away. If you are in a rush and need food fast go elsewhere if you can wait it is fine.
I worked here for two days and was a manager at my old job. I was treated great during the interview but on my second day the managers gave terrible directions and took their anger out on me for being new. Barely any team members are solid on any positions and the manager on shift was quick to embarrass and yell at team members when they made mistakes. I got yelled out 5 times in the span of 40 minutes. Do not expect this job to be fun.
First time ever ordering from here yesterday & requested a specific time for delivery, ordering an hour prior with a delivery address less than 2 miles away & they were still 30mins late. Only arrived then because I called to inquire about order. Disappointed as lunch break was missed...how far in advance must one order??
I have been ordering delivery a couple times a week from both this location and the Bothell location and I am NEVER disappointed. I always get their lettuce wrapped sandwhiches delivered to my office and they are always fresh, delicous and the delivery is fast and friendly.
