I’m a new landlord and used Richard to help draft a lease. His turnaround time was quick and his price was very reasonable. Well worth the cost after I read the lease and compared it to the free options you get on the web. I learned quickly about laws I wasn’t aware about as a DIY landlord that he pointed out to me. Don’t skimp out on this service, invest in a good lease and call Richard.

Richard was such a helpful resource in a stressful time. My roommate and I asked Richard to help us with an early termination of our lease; we had been asking our landlord to make necessary repairs for 6 months, to no avail. Richard was quick to respond and highly professional. He laid out our different options, noting the level of risk and potential consequences associated with each option. I was dealing with an unreasonable and aggressive landlord and reached out to Richard for guidance on navigating the situation. He was very generous with his time for a very reasonable fee. He never overpromised and set the right expectations early on. He's a busy professional, but he always made time to respond to me. My only advice is to reach out quickly because he might be booked up on calls for days.

I recently had an issue where I unintentionally became a landlord (sublease situation gone bad) and I had no idea how to get the non-paying tenant out of my apartment. Richard helped me through the whole process and thoroughly explained everything as we went on. The best part? He was very easy to get into contact with.
