Heather does an awesome job! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I was very nervous about coloring my hair. We talked about what I wanted and came up with a solid plan before getting started. She made the whole process a lot of fun and the outcome was exactly what I imagined. I could not be any happier! ❤ufe0f

I have been having my hair regularly colored & cut by Heather Mack at The Color Room Salon for almost a year. She listens to what I want my hair to look like & then follows through with my vision. She is a knowledgeable accomplished hairdresser & it is clear she takes pride in her business & her customers. Thank you, Heather, for a great job everytime!

Heather is the fifth hair dresser I had seen, after sub-par dye jobs where I would end always up with mismatched roots. Heather does a flawless job and has from day one. My medium dark brown hair has stayed seamlessly white blonde, shiny and healthy since.nBe kind to your hair!nnUPDATE: I am no longer a customer of Heather's. The quality of the work started getting sloppier and sloppier. I noticed several times i was no longer getting the same hair color as I would always get. It was much more yellow than white blonde. I'm a loyal customer so I wasn't planning on making a big deal of it.nThen a friend of mine had to style my hair for a wedding. When she started going through the back of my hair she told me my hair was three different colors from the roots down. She showed me in the mirror. It became obvious Heather had done the best job with the parts I could see from the front and had been lazy and sloppy with the parts I couldn't see.nOn top of that, she would reschedule appointments, which I'm alright with, I'm patient. But when I would call to reschedule, suddenly there were no openings for WEEKS. It was the most ridiculous passive aggressiveness.nSo, after everything, this wasthe last straw. I will NEVER go there again. I have absolutely no respect for anyone who would take advantage of others.
