Normally, this place has great drive thru service. I went inside today and was spoken to very aggressively by one of the managers, Taylor. I asked a simple question in regards to refills (normally you can get a free refill on any drink in-store if you purchase through the app). When charged full price, I wanted to gain clarification. She used a disrespectful tone with me. This is unacceptable and out of character for any Starbucks employee, especially a manager. I will no longer go to this Starbucks. They took forever and even got my refill incorrect. Colleen was a gem and so sweet! However, this manager needs additional training on better customer service and store policies.
I'm rarely impressed with this store. It always takes way too long to get through the drive-thru. A couple of employees are super nice but rhats about it.

Great personable staff and fast drive through time.
This particular Starbucks is inconsistent and the quality is usually poor. The service is AWEFUL! I cannot recommend this store. Go across the street to the Starbucks in Randall’s because this place disappoints.
