A simple double cheese burger without pickle with slivers onion is definitely hard for them to get right on any day. I live right down the street but I can't get. A double cheese burger from them on a good or bad day. It's sad. Treyvon was notified one time and I just wanted to go to Popeyes next door after I received my refund and pay them more for a correct order. I don't have time to waste and today they wasted my breath and time because I asked at the order board, the payment window and at the pickup window today before leaving I checked my food and it was ALL WRONG as usual. Too many chances and all of the mistakes made me late numerous times. Frustrated for sure. Just to think I've worked at 3 McDonald's restaurants in Austin and never have I ever saw such poor service. Sad case... I hope the next and final try will be successful... If NOT I'll definitely change my choice in food choices and not chose McDonald's ever again at all!!!!!!

Everything went according to plan. We submitted our online order, headed to the store and alerted via text we were here. Wait time was around 5 min and our food was brought out but they initially forgot our drinks. He went back and brought them out quickly.
I go to this location all the time. Next to my job so really convenient. Great customer service.
I love it! I haven’t gotten any wrong orders nor raw food. Been going to this place for years now!
