Terrible location. Took over two hours for them to deliver my order. Every time I called, they would tell me it was on the way and would be delivered in another ten minutes. This happened three separate times. The last time, the manager told me the order was wrong and they had to remake everything. This was an hour and a half after I placed the order. When the food did finally arrive, it was still missing items I paid for and all the food was ice cold. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering from a different location or just a different business all together. This is the only time I will ever order from this particular franchise.nn***Edit - the General Manager sent me an email with a very nice apology and explanation. This type of personal attention was appreciated and I understand that the franchise is struggling to find adequate delivery staff. I know that Marco's pizza in general can be delicious, because I have had food from other locations that is amazing. We might give it another try but I think we will do carry out for the next order.

Order delivered within 45 minutes and delicious! Greek salad was crisp with generous amount of toppings. Deluxe thin crust pizza had lots of toppings, crisp thin crust and overall tasty! We will be ordering again! Sorry to read the previous poor reviews. Hopefully they've been able to get past the opening issues and are now off to maintaining great food and service to Haslet!

So, I read all the reviews and decided to give them a try anyway as I know the growing pains of new location and new business and I have to say I can't share any negative things about any of it. The staff is super nice and the keto friendly Pizza Bowl (Deluxe) and Greek Salad was as delicious as they look. So far, we have ordered 3 separate times in two weeks and all experiences have been great! Keep up the great work ; )

Late night order, around 10pm, waited for an hour and finally checked the app...CANCELED! Called and was told they called me and left a message to puck it up....NEVER HAPPENED. Offered nothing for my inconvenience except a sorry. Horrible customer service. Call Domino's if you want reliable late night delivery cause this ace sucks

Upgraded my previous low rating due to great customer service. Ordered 2 large pizzas and a cheezybread on Friday night, and everything was delivered within 45 minutes. Josie was really nice on the phone! Food tasted good, and I will likely be ordering again.
