Went into this salon, customer service was amazing by the way. I wanted a specific color Dark green, with dark roots. The nice woman said I can do that. I even showed a example photo. We start the process, and the end results were completely opposite. The end results were pastel blue in the middle with highlighter green tips. They asked me if I liked it, sadly I said no. Then come to find out that they don't have dark green at all as a item for their salon?. So I was in shock because now we are 3 hours into my appointment. End result was I have brown roots, with unevenlyndyed black & purple ends. I was then given the bill of $109 for a mess up and hair that was not what I wanted. I tipped well, I've never been one to be disrespectful or start any issues. But I will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed.

Call to book appointment for just a wash and cut and he booked me for 1:30pm today I made it up there at 1:30 and he literally had a women in the chair bleaching her hair and wasn’t even half way done and didn’t acknowledge me till he saw I was irritated and said he would be with me in a minute and I’m thinking HOW when you are bleaching someone’s hair and yes he was the only one there so why book me so close when u was already doing someone hair and wasn’t nowhere near done i literally walked out and wrote a review that’s so horrible and I’m African American and I really feel if I had a different skin color I would of been treated and acknowledged different I’ll never come back and will tell everybody how horrible it is

My daughter went here for a simple braid that wraps around her head for her freshman homecoming dance. After $35 and a car ride home filled with crying she comes home to show the nastiest work I've ever seen!!. Thanks Tasha for ruining my daughter's special night! If I could give 0 stars I would!

This used to be an amazing salon, my wife and both kids would go to them on a regular basis. HOWEVER, recently both of my daughters went and had their hair done by Latasha Morgan who is apparently the new manager. First she disregarded anything my wife and the other stylest were saying when she was apparently doing things wrong. In doing so left sores on my 10 yr olds head from whatever she did. I will never have any of my family go back there again.
