I have been using this salon for years. I have always been happy with my stylist but recently I started using Cassandra and won't see anyone else. She is always on time and I leave every time loving my hair. In the months I've been seeing her my hair has never been so healthy. She is amazing and I highly recommend her as well as the salon in general. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I always love coming to Prolifik. It's the only place I trust with my hair. I recently sat with Krissy and she took my blue and green hair to the exact shade of lavender I was going for but kept it real with me about the process that could be necessary but slower, with the difficulty of staying healthy and removing such difficult color and still managed a great amount of time. Plus, cut the overall length and framed my fringe bangs, then waxed my brows. I couldn't be happier with it. Not to mention, it left my hair still feeling healthy and looking smooth.

Absolutely love the location. The atmosphere is so comfortable and fun. We have a perfect combo of veteran hair stylists as-well-as up and coming hair stylists. We are a Kevin Murphy Flagship Salon. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I have found my home and salon family. Every salon has an individual culture and vibe; like a finger print. Prolifik's culture and vibe matches mine.

Did not do my hair like the example I showed, bad customer service, not following CDC Covid protocol. Sad because I have been here before with good results but not only did I not feel like my stylist knew what she was doing the manager, Louisa, was rude and basically said she didn't need my business. I suppose they don't need any of yours either!
