Unfortunately, there isn't a way I can put zero stars. We have been using CVS to fill all of our prescriptions for YEARS - We have a sickly 3 year old that requires a lot of medications. Every previous CVS experience has always been positive but we just moved to Haslet and this CVS has been nothing but horrible to work with. Every single time we have had a prescription filled there has been an issue and the techs there are SO RUDE. I had to go through the drive through twice today and had two separate women help me and BOTH of them were very rude to me both times. I was nothing but pleasant to them when trying to get my scripts filled and they were rude verbally and both straight up rolled their eyes at me when I continued to say I had prescriptions to pickup for my husband and son as well as myself. I really don't understand why they continue to operate this way, but if you are moving into the area and looking for a pharmacy stay clear of this one. Their customer service in filling your prescriptions is horrible and the way the treat their customers is also horrible.

The pharmacist Mohammed doesn’t listen and lies. Specifically told him that a medication wasn’t needed because an infusion company was providing the medication and filled it anyway. Stated that someone had to request it to be filled. No one requested it. Not myself, my spouse, or the doctor. Asked multiple times who made the request and refused to tell me when or whom requested. My father in law picked it up not knowing to refuse it. Never should have been ready for pick up. This was the final straw with this pharmacy. They constantly contact our doctor for refills we don’t request. Requested a prescription I hadn’t taken in over a year. Got a call from the doctor’s office asking why I had requested the refill. Constantly placing medications on auto fill after telling them not to. Absolutely done with this pharmacy. I’ve always preferred CVS but not after this.

New young lady not friendly and helpful,nHead pharmacist and young man not in today ,new staff lady not interested communicating about refills.nalways use pharmacy head pharmacist been nice every time I filled my prescriptions ,

Sush, a technician at the pharmacy helped me after the pharmacy closed. Shes the best employee there.

This pharmacy does not listen. They constantly refill your meds when they choose too making it so you cant order refills from the app. I have told them 4 times in 8 months not to do this. Looks like will have to make that one FINAL phone call
