Me and my husband bought an SUV from Melvin in March 2021 at the new Burleson location. Our situation was pretty much a lost cause but Melvin and the whoever assisted in the financing department managed to get us into a nice 2017 SUV that we could be happy with and included a 2 year warranty. I will definitely go back to Melvin next time we need a vehicle.

So I'm very disappointed in Watson Auto,I bought a car from Kirk 3 years ago,went up there today and tried to trade in and yes I still owe a good amount but they said it was about my credit which they say isn't a problem, yes my credit score has gone down since Covid and the loss of jobs and cutting of hours helped with that but I really had High hopes going up there,I was speaking to one of the salesman,I asked him if he could get me in a certain car and he said come up here and we can get it done... so I did. Well I didn't drive home in my Chevy I wanted.

They certainly are not what they advertise. And sad part is we actually got helped at a new car lot. Dont go here. Very rude and nasty folks work there. Even childish on the phone

So far my experience is great. I was nervous at first because I worry about anything with no money down but they have been extremely patient with me while I changed my mind numerous times. When I finally decided to go through with it they went out of their way to help me. The car I was supposed to purchase became unavailable to no fault of their own so not only did they get me another car that was the same make and model they got me one that is year newer with better features and lower miles. If that wasn’t awesome enough they brought my car to me! I’m 2 hours away and they didn’t charge a delivery fee. I am so thankful they helped us out and I recommend them.
