Panera Bread

Pretty new Panera bread very clean and unlike certain other coffee cafe's who decide to ban seating eh hem name starts with Star... They allow you to sit in and do your business work on your computer and meet people... They never closed their sitting area and that means a great deal to mobile business people.... Food and service is really good..If you order online you can find good promo codes to use. I order online to pickup in store to eat there. Save money and they are super fast with online orders and they don't mind me eating it there..... Great place

This location is very consistent in how things are made which is a great thing for a change. The staff is always friendly and helpful incase you are unsure on what to get. Best location I’ve found within a 30 mile radius by far. Great place to stop off for a meal or get take out when out and running errands or on the way home from work.

Location is great. Food is good. Order accuracy is sometimes off, not just from my experience but other members of my family. Online ordering from here is not good which may not be this location's fault, but multiple times my order has not gone through. I am a fan of Panera, but I feel this location has room to improve. New pizza and bowl options are good.

Little pricey, but worth it. Great philosophy on customer service. Love the breakfast menu and coffee!

I typically don't like to write negative reviews because I understand the struggles of working in a retail or fast food place and love to support businesses any way I can, but my experience wasn't great. I ordered my food and even gave a small tip and signed up for the Panera phone rewards because I was having a good day after work and wanted to help out the store. But when my receipt printed, one of the food items I requested was missing, so I had to do another transaction. The cashier was very apologetic and I said it was all okay and I understand, things happen. Then I waited for my food after a while, quickly checked it and drove out. Then when I got home, I realized they forgot to put the cappuccino in the bag for my order, so I had to drive all the way back to panera bread and get it and by then it was lukewarm. They did want to give me a treat as compensation for the mistakes with the order, but at that point I just wanted to go home because driving makes me nervous. Then I drove all the way back home and my dad checked the bag and realized that they gave me 5 bagels instead of the half dozen I ordered. I was so upset and frustrated that I just gave up at that point. I rarely ever go to Panera bread, but this experience hurt my view on them a lot. The people were very apologetic and the bagels I got were decent, but I probably won't buy from Panera again any time soon.
