Update: they are really care about their customers. The service department contacted me and made things right. We all make mistakes and they owned up to it and fixed it. I will continue to use them.nnYour service department had my vehicle from 8:30 am until 4 pm when I called. To fix a part that supposedly took so little time they did it for free. When I we to get my vehicle the service guy did not even know where it was parked. Every time I have had my vehicle serviced at other dealerships the outside were washed off and the floorboards vacuumed. This was not done on my vehicle.
