I'd give it a 0, but it wouldn't let me write my review. I ordered online last night at 8:10p.m. on 4/9/21. The site said y'all close at 9 so I ordered the picnic pack. Said to pick it up at 8:45 and charged my card $35+. I get there at 8:40 and the kid who drives a motorcycle was hoping on his bike and taking off. DID NOT MAKE MY FOOD AND LEFT EARLY. Go in today to talk to someone and 2 kids are working and they just brush it off. Yes, my card was reimburse. But they didn't offer to make the order or anything and barely apologized for it. I've worked in food for years. That kid was closing well before the posted time and was walking out at 8:30. Unexceptional work ethic and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hopefully something will be done about this. But I'm sure it won't be.

No potato salad or cole slaw.nDrink machine had only l flavor no teanAsked for sliced beef an got chopped... This is second time I've been thru this.... WONT BE COMING BACK!!!!

Never have food, when they do its dry and old. I'm surprised this place is still even open.nOn a positive, the recent employees have been friendly and polite.

**Do not use the delivery zuppler (google pay)on here they don’t deliver and they won’t tell you until you contact them 2 hours later wondering where your food is. This option should be taken off so no one else goes through this again!** I’ve got to say that Dickey’s did Go above and beyond to make things right. On their end. That’s awesome customer service!

This place is not good catering they where an hour late at my friends wedding and not all food was dileverd some weddong party jad to ho get rest food and the food was sloped together bad bsd service
