Ordered around 8:40pm got text out for delivery at 9:45pm. Fast forward to 10:50pm and 2 calls to the telecenter I've got a refund issued and am going to bed hungry. Thanks for nothing pizza hut! Should've ordered Milanos!!!
My food arrived cold, burnt, and my fork was demented. The guy on the phone on the date 2/8/21 was very rude and got mad at me whenever I asked him to deliver it at a specific time. I NEVER complain but this really has me disappointed.
Had bad experience in the past and said I would not ever order from this place again. I ordered and the pizza showed up before they were expected, hot, and very good, delivery lady was very sweet. I will order again. Thank you pizza hut Bowie
This pizza hot place should be close or at the most get an inspector. We honestly watch the man making our pizza without gloves, as he grabbed toppings he would get his phone and check whatever he was checking, then he will go again an starts putting more toppings and then phone. Very unsanitary, I am sure pizza hot has place very strict rules how employees should work especially with the pandemic. We took the puzza but threw it away.
The only pizza company that knows how to make thick crust pizza. Even though this last one wasn't as thick in the middle as it should have been it was still pretty good. I'll try again, everyone has an off day. Eat more pizza.
