My seven year old could have cut hair better than this. You wouldn't believe the pictures if you seen them..nShe was charged well over $100 for a cut (wanted shoulder length bob) and color (ombre) and neither turned out halfway decent. Hair is above shoulder and literally chopped different lengths. Color is solid.nShe was completely unhappy and stylist said she could give her twenty bucks back. Owner said it wasn't her responsibility to refund back as the people that work for her technically rent their spots from her. Lady, it is your responsibility to make sure EVERYONE that comes through that door is a happy client. You hired this stylist! Will update review if the client gets reimbursed her money. Saw the horrible and sad pictures of a clients haircut and even more disturbing to see the stylist and owner did not give a full refund nor did they handle it professionally. Things like that should be handled professionally the first time not the second time after being blasted on the internet. Hope the stylist gets fired and the owner should do better before you take the L.ud83eudd37
