I’m not usually one to complain about service but this instance in particular ticked me off.nnYou’d think someone who is running a business for people who need help or are having an emergency would be more patient.nnBut nope, tried to tell him where in my town I was. Was interrupted the first time. And then hung up on before I could answer the question fully.nnIf you’re going to run a business. Maybe take a course in common human decency.

Needed a locksmith asap!! Car auto locked with keys in car in parking lot!! All-Tex came very fast and saved us. Very friendly and professional. Cash only tho just fyi...ud83dude42would reccomend if you need locksmith in the Cleburne area.
We got no further than a phone call. The man who answered was so rude, they never got our business.nMaybe he's running low on T and has no coping or tolerance skills to carry out even the simplest responsibility of greeting and maintaining friendliness with customers, or maybe he was born and raised in the North and now living as a misfit in the South.
