The drive through was very slow at 1000 pm.
Came here they were fast and friendly thank you
An employee that looked like a teenage gang member was being rude while at the drive through. I informed the manager, who looked like Momma June, and she showed no interest in addressing the matter. As others have said, this location consistently makes orders incorrectly. This problem has been going on at this location for years. I normally go to the location on North Main where I know the employees and they provide excellent service.
Worst experience ever.We went in to order since there was long drive through line.No one took order for 15 minutes. sandwiches were cold.messed up orders .Gave 4 piece nuggets with happy meal when we asked for 6 piece nuggets . Did not give drink.nNo ketchup or any sauces that we asked for.we had to go back in.Understaffed.Worst service.couple of other people were also complaining that their orders got messed up.Took 45 minutes for all this process and we were late for our next appointment because of this great delay.Never coming again.
Quick fast service like fast food should be. If you go after 2 is best the manager Renee is on top of her stuff and does her best to make staff accomplish getting orders out fast and efficient.
