Owner is a grumpy ole lady who has no class or professionalism and so goes her business.Customer service was horrible. We paid 105.00 to bowl till we dropped. This meant only 2 hrs. Lane was run down, got stuck numerous times. No refunds for their theft so BEWARE. Took us over an hour to get a slab of cheese sauce over chips. I reserved for a birthday party and tipped the manager! Worst service, food, and time we ever had! I was soo embarrassed for having a birthday party there. Dont WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Overall we had a great time , although if you want a drink from the bar it takes along time to get it, the bartender was way to busy socializing to actually do his job in a timely manner
Food is pretty good. Friendly people, with good customer service. Price is comparable to your normal bowling alleys. Lanes definitely need some work though.
Great bowling alley. Friendly employees. Great family experience at Cosmic bowling. When you go, ask for the Pin Buster deal!
Took my son there we had an awesome time the staff was very nice and courteous
