My wife went and took the boys to get hair cuts. She asked the lady if she could trim her hair to get rid of dead ends. The hair stylist assured her she could do it no problem. Now her hair is 2 inches shorter on one side! I called and asked them to refund the money since they messed up so she could pay someone else to fix it. The assistant manager Amber said she couldn’t do that and then hung up on me. I called corporate to get an answer and no one answered the phone. What a pitiful company!!! IMO family never go into another sport clips again!

The blue haired girl did my haircut. She was done in about 5 mins. Left side burns. Rounded one edge in the back but not the other. Sloppily cut the top. I will not be returning to this salon.
Had my son (13) first haircut not done by me, he wanted something i wasnt capable of so we took a photo and read the reviews and choose to use Robyn. She was so sweet and made it look just like the photo. I was impressed. More importantly my son came out the door and he said i wanna go back there! So today we are heading back. Thanks Robyn!!
I took my son right now to get his haircut and this time a red long hair lady skinny cut it it was horrible like if her get out yesterday from the beauty school. With a nasty attitude. I hope next time don't see her again
