I love my local PF! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and there is plenty of equipment that is also well maintained. I do wish, since my contract is based upon 24 hour service, that they would get back to 24/7.

Staff needs to do better at opening at 4:00 am just like their operating hours are stated. Time after time we have members present 10 -15 minutes early and no one shows up at 4:00 am to open up. Now it's like a gamble. Wondering if it (gym) will be open when you drive up there. Wish I had management's number to put numerous complaints.

I called in advance and said I was coming to start a membership and wanted to see if they still had tanning and was told yes, see you soon. I had tried signing up online, but the contract showed a 12 month minimum, and I remembered from being a member before that there may be a way to get a membership without a year commitment. I thought a staff member might be able to help me with this in person, but this was not the case. The associate told me I would have to sign up myself on the app. I was very confused as to why I would need to sit at a table right next to the employee I was already speaking to and do it myself instead of them just assisting me. When I told her my reason for coming in and not doing it online, I was told that there should be a way to do it without a year commitment. No attempt was made to actually help with this or look anything up in the computer. Then I was told they would need my bank account number and routing number, which I did not have with me. Very frustrating, since I had JUST CALLED a few minutes before and was not told any of this. I told her I had my credit card and this was still not enough to get me a membership without my routing number. She offered to let me get a day pass to work out and come back later, but at this point I wasn't interested, since a big part of the reason I came was for tanning, and I honestly just didn't want to patronize the business at this point. Maybe the associate was just complying with several bad policies, but I can't really understand why there were employees at the counter at all if they can't help you with anything. I have no idea if this is a covid thing, it wasn't mentioned, but seriously they could have just helped me in the amount of time it took to explain why they couldn't help me. I had only had good experiences with planet fitness in the past but this one really put me off.

There is literally no one at the counter EVER,AND IF YOU GO IN THE MORNING AND HAVE TO GO TO WORK JUST FORGET GOING TO THE GYM. THEY ARE NOT OPEN 1 WEEK EVERY MONTH BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY. WORST GYM AND OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE

Update: I canceled my account over a year ago when Covid started because the gym was closed. Now they are charging me again without my Permission! I have called many times leave a message and no one will call me back! Next step will be a lawyernnIt’s a ok gym but my problems are too things. People useing equipment and not cleaning it. The other thing is has to do with what planet fitness Advertises Judgement Free Zone but they have a big sign that basically judges people how they work outs, how much water they drink or even what they wear. Sounds every judgmental. Also they lack a lot of free weights! Also sounds like false advertising
