01/02/2020.. So walked in the dealership for the THIRD time in just over a year. Asked for Chris AGAIN! Another incredible visit. In and out so quick with another great car. Thanks to the whole team for making the experience enjoyable.nGarynnAnother perfect experience today. I sent my kids to test drive Friday. They treated them so good. Walked In With a 1:00 o’clock appointment today. Chris and Cody had us in and out. My you youngest got her first “adult” car today. Repeat customer that will be back.nGary

Excellent service! I had an appointment for “the works” which was oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc and was in and out in an hour. From the phone call to the greeting when I arrived everyone was courteous. I had to wait with car (only driver in my house) and their service area had a sparkling clean socially distanced chairs waiting area—very comforting during these “pandemic” times. I bought my Ford Edge here and they prove themselves to be the best each and every contact. Thank you again Craig Hammond my service manager who kept me informed even by text during the service.

I bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado two months ago. Check engine light came on 3 days after buying for a misfire. Not too big of a deal i can deal with that. After doing spark plugs the check engine light remains on. After having it read again i notice that they are stored engine codes that have previously been deleted. Now my truck is completely dead with 9 engine codes for different issues. Essentially got sold a truck waiting to die. Now i have to pour more money than i have into it to try and keep it going. Dealership tells me i will have to put in service and pay more so they can figure out what’s going on with it. Wont rectify the situation in any way

Buyer BEWARE! Purchased 2016 T&C van, still has dealer tags on it and oil cooler seal blows the day before my wedding & honeymoon trip! $1300+ to fix. Wouldn't this issue have been detected in your pre-purchase inspection or oil change?I believe it was... Brent Dove was great dealing with on the purchase but the follow up & service issue, not so much.

Best car buying experience I've had so far! It was so easy and it didn't take all day. There was no back and forth in deciding a price. We told them our stipulations, and they made them happen. The salesman, Brent, was very helpful and not pushy at all. Sometimes when you buy a car, the salesman is obviously just trying to get you in any car at all. It did not feel like that with Brent and I really appreciate that. He was super patient and kind.
