I've been a Barrett motors customer for only 6 months and I am so pleased with EVERY interaction I've had with EVERY location. Their customer service is thoughtful and they welcome you like family. They go out of their way to succeed in putting you in the ride you want within your budget. They even have their own insurance at a very comparable rate...and lastly...ladies, their bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen for a dealership. Barrett motors is on point every time. I can actually relax knowing if I need anything concerning my truck they got me covered. I love the guys at Barrett.
I came in to look at potential vehicles. I was in the lot for about a minute or so, then Kevin M. Approached me and asked how he could be of assistance. Great speedy customer service! He made the whole process easy, he recommended me vehicles based off of my preferences. He never once made me feel uncomfortable, usually when I go to lots sales representatives try to sell you a vehicle very aggressively. Kevin was the first exact opposite he gave me a good experience. Awesome dealership with great sales representatives. I would definitely recommend Kevin if you’re looking for a new vehicle !
I want to start by thanking my spectacular salesman Brad for all of his HARD work. I have been debating trading in my little escape for sometime now ( not enough space in the back ya know) . During this time I created an extensive list of things I'd convinced myself I needed in a vehicle if i were to buy another one. I gave this outrageous list to brad yesterday morning and in a couple of hours I have 15 pics of everything I asked for and more. I went this morning and test drove my highlander got all the paperwork done got me approved and offered an excellent extended warranty. This man moved mountains and crossed WATERFALLS to make me happy even though I'm a BRAT. Thank you again Brad!
Great experience from the beginning. Called to set up appointment with Ethan, however we arrived early and we were quickly assisted by Sergio De La Garza. He was very patient and helped the process go quickly. After finishing with refinancing, Ethan came up and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, making this vehicle purchase simple and quick. Absolutely would recommend both Ethan and Sergio! Thank you!
We received great customer service from Jeremy Ramirez, he really had patience with us and he did not stop until he found us what we wanted! They also have a good finance team that took the time to explain everything to us. My husband is really enjoying his truck! Glad we made the drive to Greenville, Texas, it was worth the trip!
