I pass 2 other rite aid stores on my way to ride the bus home daily .nI always stop at lake forest park because of DARLENE !!!nshe is always sweet and helpful..nI appreciate her kindness and her smiling face after a long day at work .nShe is the reason I go to lake forest park rite aid and push 5star notification at register terminal.nThank you Darlene for always being nice to me..
Never have my meds I have to call them they don't call or text me ugghhhh very very frustrating!!

Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. If you ask a question they'll hand you the box and tell you to figure it out yourself. (Because I know the medical language on it better than you??) They have zero desire to help you, just push you along. Incorrectly charge insurance and leave it to you to figure out. And if you're at the register and request cash back, don't expect it to be in the bills you'd like. If you ask for smaller bills they'll hand you whatever is easiest and tell you no they can't break it up... with an attitude at that. The store is clean, it's stocked, and they have decent sales but there isn't a single employee I've come in contact with that makes the shopping experience worth it.
Rite Aid in my opinion is a very out of date store in the world of Walmart and Walgreens Rite Aid still tries to stay relevant and this Rite Aid does not. Prices are ridiculous seeing how Walmart is less then five minutes away and so is a Walgreens. For some reason no matter what time you go there is no more then two people working one on the floor and one behind the counter if you're lucky. You will almost always spend more time waiting to check out then you did looking for what you wanted in the entire store.
