Carter's - Curbside Available

Very bad behaved staff, did not take return for my online order claiming I had washed the clothes. While I carried the unreturned clothes and was about the step out of the store, one of them asked me if I wanted to buy those outfits. Come on, don’t treat me like I’m shop lifting! Carter yes! Woodinville Carter staff, BIG NO!

I typically go to the Issaquah Carter's store, but was in a hurry and accidentally stumbled on this one that is much closer to home. Boy, am I glad I did! This store is so much bigger and has a lot more products and greater selection than Issaquah. Even during the early days of allowed in store shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were 3 people working in the store, who were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All and all - it was a great shopping trip and a freat discovery of this Carter's location.

Love this store! It has the cutest clothes for both boys and girls. Very friendly staff and the store is clean and tidy.

I like the change they have made by the registers. It opens up the area. The staff was super helpful.
