First off. I want to say i have been FULLY retained since about 2 weeks in. Now...This guy is a really bad choice. He's always giving me the run-around just when he says that were gonna file. He's had everything he needs to file for the past few weeks and yet im still waiting for him to file. He blames everything on his secretary. Shes always out sick or family issues, and the lastest, on vacation. My case should be priority before her vacation.... under these circumstances. Find a different lawyer. Im sure anyone else will be better. Hell, they cant be any worst. This is going on 3 months now!
