I hired this lawyer and never met him.nI live in Galveston so I tried to be understanding as possible.nI was hit by a driver who failed to yield and had active insurance when his tags were ran and he was promptly arrested on scene and ticketed for not yielding the right of way and a suspended license.nThe case manager Mimi is very sweet, I give her that, but I needed help in my case that I was not given.nWhen this lawyer thought he found out the guy who hit me had no insurance the night of the accident,they dropped my case like I was no one.nI then called the insurance company myself and have been taking things into my own hands.nAfter hiring another lawyer,I came to find that the insurance company is trying to commit fraud and the adjuster claimed he dropped the insurance A DAY BEFORE the accident(fishy)(avoiding paying out!)(I called and found out this info MYSELF)nThis lawyer did not FIGHT FOR ME!!nJust gave up on my case!!nI am now car-less and in a lot of pain.nShould have went with my family lawyer instead of this law firm in the first place,they have been so much more helpful.
