Booked an appointment online a week prior for my husband. They changed the time and didn’t even notify me. He went to the barbershop for the appointment. They acted like they didn’t want to cut his hair and tried to say it was my fault, when really they changed the appointment and never even called or emailed me. I asked why they changed the time without telling me and he had literally nothing to say. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everybody was super helpful and friendly. It was a nice atmosphere and clean surroundings. Great experience altogether.
