Foul language. Hien is always in a hurry to get to his next customer. He need to pay attention to his customers. He need to cut hair the right way. it's uneven. He doesn't care. He's just in a hurry to get to the next customer. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND DONT RUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place has THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in and sat down and nobody acknowledged me AT ALL. After a second try, they still did not acknowledge after sitting there for 45 min. Just terrible. Do not support this business!! There are other small business that will give you exceptional customer service and this is not one of them.
My husband goes here and every time they overbook and make him wait 20-45 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Today I’ve had enough, he made an appointment at 2:00 and the lady didn’t even walk in until 2:20??? We finally found somewhere else that cuts hair well and doesn’t make customers wait with appointments.
