There is new employee who not only did not hear my order correctly but then when I pointed it out to him after the sale, stated he did not have the authority to refund and correct. Needless to say I am not happy. As a regular customer of this store, I expect better customer service!

ATM NEVER WORKING!nnFor this to be a new store I do not understand for the life of me why the ATM never operational when I go into the store. I’m sure others feel the same way when wanting to access a standard service all 7-Elevens offer.

just wasted my money bc i was rushing to grab a convenient breakfast but since there was a line at Laredo Taco i just grabbed a couple of taquitos that were labeled “chicken” which were not chicken but in fact just cheese..

Great, friendly service and an amazing variety of beverages and snacks. So glad 7-Eleven has entered the Houston market... they fill a much needed void that the traditional convenience stores around the metro area don't.
