Got a quote to sell my car here. Process was simple and painless, but the price was way too low. Took it to CarMax and got an offer over 40% higher.
BAIT AND SWITCH! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TRIED TO GET ME TO SELL MY CAR FOR THOUSANDS LESS THAN THE APPRAISAL THEY SENT ME THE PREVIOUS DAY. AFTER I TOLD THEM THEIR QUOTE THEY SAID THEY WOULD HONOR IT. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH THEY WOULDNT HONOR IT. GO TO CARVANA OR TEXAS AUTO! THIS LOCATION IS A SCAM!!!
Negative review for customer service. My daughter bought a car here in June and she has not been able to get her license plates through them. The title clerk there has not been very helpful, doesnt return calls, or emails. This is going on almost 6 months - COVID or no COVID, that is bad service.

Very clean and neat facility. It had a nice play area for kids and really good sized tv to watch. You don’t feel crowded by any stretch. Everything was really good, I think just the communication from the employees could be better. They aren’t the most social people, however, they got the job done. All in all, I would recommend selling your car here.
